Some of my favorite photos from my portrait session with Jenna yesterday! We had a beautiful fall evening and the light was perfect! Thanks for asking me to take your photos Jen!
Last week I took engagement photos for my sister and her fiance. We started with some shots at the Cathedral of Learning in Pittsburgh. The lighting was hard to work with, but we still came away with some great shots. Our next location was a church in Butler to take some music themed pictures. Later in the week we finished up with some photos at a local park. Thanks again for asking me to take your photos Becca and Jonathan!

I’m still working on building up a portrait portfolio for my business so my friend Becca offered to be a model. Thanks for your help, Becca!
My sister and I did a Spring photo shoot last week. Here’s some of my favorites!
I did a photo shoot with Jonathan this past Saturday. Our location was Beltzhoover Elementary School in Pittsburgh. I’m currently working on building a portfolio and Jonathan needed new photos anyway, so it worked well. Plus I needed to take my new portrait lens for a test drive ;)
Photo Tip: the best time of day for photo shoots is 1-2 hours after sunrise or 1-2 hours before sunset. If you’re shooting in the middle of the day (like we did here) it’s best to find spots in the shade so the light is even.
Below are some of my favorites from the shoot!
First photo session of the year! My good friend Hannah asked me to come out and take photos of her and Wilson. It was a cold and cloudy day but we ended up getting some great photos! Wilson was such a good boy for the whole photo shoot. Enjoy the photos!
